We, collect personal information from you, such as your name and email address, on our website when you use the online registration and enquiry forms or sign up to receive our email newsletters, directly from us and also sometimes from Mailchimp. We do this in order to keep you informed about our Artists’ forthcoming engagements, tours, special projects and events that you might be interested in.
If you registered with the Website and/or signed up on the Website to receive email communications from us before 25 May 2018, we will continue to send you email newsletters and information because we consider it to be in our legitimate interest to continue to keep you informed, as you requested.
From 25 May 2018 onwards however, we will only be able to send you email newsletters and information if you give us explicit consent to do so when you sign up on the Website. You are given the opportunity to give us your consent when you sign up or register or make an enquiry.
Whether you signed up before or after 25 May 2018, you can always withdraw your consent to receive information from us whenever you wish sending an email to us containing the word UNSUBSCRIBE, or by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Mailchimp email that you receive from us.
We only use the personal information that you provide to us for the purpose for which you provided it, and we do not collect any other personal information about you from third parties; we only provide or share your personal information with our third party providers such as Mailchimp, which processes data on our behalf and on our instructions. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to send you information, and we will delete it once we have no further use for it.
